“My research is borderline between art and design. I handmake unique pieces or limited editions of design objects from recycled materials.
My work is characterised by sustainable, green, environmentally friendly projects; both for ethical reasons and for the magic of re-contextualising a material.
Each object I produce nourishes itself by the force of sculpture and the rigour of the geometry, to characterise the place in a contemporary and visionary manner.
When the artist’s work oversteps the domain owned by the art and touches the ‘everyday shapes’ the object turns out to be in an ‘other place’, an ‘inter-world’. This makes it unique; new ways of expression are created.”
